Vapour Blasting

Vapour blasting offers an innovative and specialised surface treatment allowing a gentle process that cleans, polishes, and peens components to a stunning revived satin finish.

Utilising various media combinations and depending on your desired finish and/or patena, Outrider Motorcycles can restore a multitude of surfaces on materials such as aluminium, magnesium, brass, copper, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, plastics, wood, and glass back to near-new showroom condition.

We will work closely with you to customise your automotive and marine engine, parts, and accessories with additional options of a custom finish so your pride and joy stands out from the crowd.

Vapour Blasting

The benefits of the Vapour Blasting:

  • Dust & heat free process that eliminates wear and warping, or the potential to damage components.
  • The process cleans by flow, thereby eliminating impact resulting in a 'soft' finish with the water acting as a lubricant.
  • Non-corrosive removal of dirt, corrosion and contamination.
  • No blasting matter is embedded in the surface, unlike traditional sandblasting and soda blasting techniques.

Vapour blasting is non-corrosive, removing the dirt, corrosion and contamination without damaging delicate components. Vapour blasted surfaces are easy to clean and do not mark from contact with oil or other substances. The before and after photos demonstrate the unbelievable finish provided only by vapour blasting.

A wide variety of materials can be vapour blasted, such as magnesium, brass, aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel and cast iron.
