Our Process is based on a three-phase process:

When you need anything for a motorbike repair, you can rely on your loyal family in the motorcycle industry - Outrider Motorcycles. A passion for motorcycles and power sports, quality components, professional service and discipline in all we do, is evident in all we do.

What You Can Expect from Outrider Motorcycles Regarding Motorbike Restoration

Our motorbike repair shop is the centre of our operation as professionals in the restoration of retro, classic and vintage motorcycles.
  • Our vapour blasting service is central to our ceramic treatment service to restore, polish and finish metal components. We offer the custom surface finish you desire through combining our various kinds of finishing media, equipment and compounds to achieve your requested finish.
  • The Ceramic Polymer in our ceramic coatings preserves your casings and suspension, frames, carburettors and wheels. The coating offers comprehensive protection such as chemical and corrosion resistance and durability as well as heat refraction properties at temperatures as high as 980°C.
  • Our Isotropic Super Finishing minimises the loss of heat and surface material when metal surfaces are in contact with each other. Resulting in less maintenance on metal parts during a motorbike service. Our superfine finish on the surface of metal parts gives better efficiency and enables components to run at cooler temperatures.

Tips Regarding Motorbike Second-Hand Parts

Restoring a retro or vintage motorcycle often means you have to rely on quality second-hand parts to complete the job. We would like to highlight the following tips to ensure you have a good deal when purchasing any second-hand parts.
  • Restoring or repairing any kind of motorcycle requires in-depth research regarding model and part numbers you need to ensure that you source the right fit for what you need.
  • Be sure to confirm whether you are buying pre-owned certified or as-is items. Both kinds might be the only solution to finding the perfect part you need, but you will be able to return a certified part if it is not working, while the risk of an as-is part is it might not have been working when you bought it.
  • Do thorough price comparisons. Don’t spend more than what you planned simply because a seller convinced you that you wouldn’t be able to find the part anywhere else, to justify an inflated price, while it might not be the case at all.
